Question Can I run 240hz/1440p?

Hi - have been running 240hz/1080p via hdmi 2.0 on my asus rog g15 g513rw , just bought a samsung g6 240hz/1440p, realized that I would need hdmi 2.1 to run 240/1440p, however I noticed i have a
1 x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C Power Delivery/ DP on the rear of my laptop. Will this be enough to make use of the monitor?

if so, will this cable be enough?

if the cable can offer this then it's up to the laptop if it will provide the same.
read the included documentation and see what the options/limits are of this port.

careful with purchasing cables though.
many are mislabeled or include false information when offered by 3rd parties on Amazon, Ebay, etc.
make sure you see multiple reviews with users claiming they got the expected functionality.

I could not agree with this more! A lot of the times 3rd party cable makers will include so much information and stats about a cable that about 1/3 of it is true.
