Can i run 2x2GB RAM 400MHz with 2x2GB RAM with 800MHz?

I want to upgrade my RAM.I have 2x2GB Kingston DDR2 400 MHz CL3 and i want to buy Kingston 2x2GB DDR2 800MHz CL6.

My motherboard is Intel DP43TF Topfield.

Is it possible to have them like that?

Or i guess i could buy Kingston 2x4GB KIT DDR3 1333MHz CL9

Your MB does not support DDR 3, only DDR 2.

Your MB does not support DDR 3, only DDR 2.

Well and how about buying two 2GB DDR2 800MHz CL6?Will it be prob or not?

The 800 MHz RAM will lower down its frequency to 400 MHz. So all the RAM will run at the same speed.
