Can i run 2x4 GB ddr2 ram on my pc

hello can i use 8gb of ram on a ddr2 motherboard i have one stick of 4gb ddr2 in my pc and i was just thinking can it run 2x4gb

PC SPECS:
Motherboard : M2N68-AM SE2
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GT 720
Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 250 Socket AM3

yes assuming its the same stick. I would buy 2 new sticks instead of trying to fit two different ones in. Ram from different kits could cause issues
