Can i run 60 Fps Ultra 1440p or some 4k titles?

I wanted to able to play some AAA titles at Ultra high settings at 60ps on 1440p or at least some on 4k as well, will this build be good:

would you say the build is good and would it be able to play 1440p ultra 60fps at least.
Also would appreciate it if you could also take into account that i might over clock my CPU to about 4.7Ghz and overclock the GPU aswell.

1440p, maybe. You can probably manage 60FPS on some AAA titles, but not all of them.
4K wont happen with a 1060.

1440p 60fps at ultra in the latest AAA games, I'm going to say no. At high settings probably but for ultra your going to want a 1070 instead of a 1060. The 1060 is great for 1080p.
