Can my pc run a 1060 6 GB?

Okay so right now i have a Gtx 960
My cpu is a: i5-4460
My psu is a: 80 plus bronze 450w
Mother board: Manufacturer: Lenovo. Model: 10 181.

Looks to be a standard ATX form-factor, made by AcBel.

I'd replace that, along with the GPU.

The CX550 from Corsair would be what I'd look to.

The 450W variant is only $5 cheaper. It would also be sufficient, but that extra $5 would allow for future upgrades without concern.

The IdeaCenter should be able to support a 1060 without issue, yes.

It does appear to have PCIe connectors, from the eBay image. 2x6pin?
While it might be capable enough, I'd be skeptical.

From what you've posted from the labelling, there's dual 16A 12V rails.
16x 12 = 192W x 2 = 384W theoretically.
Dual rails never scale 100%, so it's probably more like 25A / 300W max.

While that could probably run a 4460 + 1060 system, I wouldn't risk it.
