The width of your graphics card memory bus (128 bit) has absolutely nothing to do with your CPU architecture's/OS's word size (64 bit).

So yes, it should work just fine.

A Nintendo 64 has a 64 bit GPU, if you have one of those you can pull out the GPU they are compatible... JK hehe as stated they are different specs.

A similar analogy would be that a computer has 8gb of RAM and a 256gb hard drive, they are simply 2 different things.

Should be Working just fine. If it doesn't then the issue is:
A. GPU is broken
B. Your PCIe slot is broken (on MOBO)
C. Power Shortage
