Can I run a 2nd graphic card on the x4 slot?

Would it be better to crossfire the 2 graphic card? One in x16 slot and the other one in x4 slot? Or should I just run both without crossfire?

No gaming at all just photo editing and video editing only, and of course surfing the internet. I have the XFX 7770 card.

What would you do?

Well, do you have one card already? I would recommend just going with one card, because you wont get much with Crossfire out of that x4 port.

Thank you Deemo13. Your a life saver. I never knew that you could run a sound card pci express x1 in the x16 and x4 slot. You've save me a lot of money. I just installed my creative X-fi SB card in the x4 slot (3rd x16 slot with x4) and it worked beautiful.

Now I have 2 XFX 7770 in the dual x16 slot, and the sound card in the last x4 slot.
