I am looking to upgrade my computer and since he is not willing to run a new version of windows and since i am getting new parts i was wondering if i could throw my old parts in his computer
Well when you upgrade all these parts chances are you are going to have to re install windows anyways. Might as well.. acquire a copy of windows 7. Much better optimization and safer as well.
