Can I run a dual-monitor setup using a VGA cord from one monitor and an HMDI from the other?

I recently got a new monitor, only to find out too late that I only had one VGA port on the back of my computer (my own personal error). However I was wondering if I could potentially get a dual-monitor setup to work by using the VGA port for one monitor whilst hooking the other one up to the HMDI port on the back of my computer via their respective cables.

if talking about vga monitor to vga port of pc & hdmi montitor to hdmi port of pc then yes you can set that up.

Yep, totally workable as long as the GPU supports it.
