Can I run a FX-6300 or 8320E?

Hi I was wondering if I was able to run a fx-6300 or 8320E in replace of my fx4300 on a msi 760gm p34 if I don't plan to overclock.

Would it be bad if I have only 500 watt power supply w/ gtx 750 ti and planning on switching from 8gb to 16gb ram?

That wouldn't be a problem at all. Ram uses little power so can switch to 16gb easy, no problem.
