Its a dell optiplex 3020's Stock PsuCan you upload a picture of the side of the PSU?
If it is a decent 290w any 1650 without a 6 pin should work.
A picture would be helpful to see the wattage rating per rail, OEM, etcetera. Its a dell optiplex 3020's Stock Psu

Yep its dell optiplex 3020We're going to need more info than that. list specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
We're currently on the 9th Gen of desktop processors from Intel. Which version do you have? How old is the PSU? If the system you're trying to run the GPU on is a prebuilt, you're wasting resources.
The gpu i have doesnt need a 6 pin and its minimum psu watt requirement is 300wSeems to be a lower end unit made my acbel, but it has a decent output on the 12v rails and is 80+bronze.
I would say that unit is ok for a 1650 as long as it doesnt need any 6 pin. And i wouldn't overclock your gpu either.
