Will I get any black screens or possible long term damage to any of my components? Yes I know it's rated at 600W minimum.

Specs:
I5 4460
1x8GB + 1x4GB DDR3 ADATA
CM B500 ver.2 500W PSU
1TB HDD
250GB SAMSUNG EVO 850 SSD
ASRock H81M VG4

Currently running a GTX 960. Not saying I will change to a gtx 780 ti, but just curious if any problems would occur if i did.

Solution
If it was a higher quality unit you might have got away with it. The minimum recommended for the 780Ti is 42A on the 12v rail and yours is 38A or 456w. The risk is the psu fails under load and when it fails it damages other components.
