Hey Guys,

I know this has been asked quite a bit but I just wanted to know if I get this PSU (550w) http://www.seasonicusa.com/G-series-450-550-650.htm

Can I run a 770 and overclock a 4670K or am I best off going up to the 650w?

I read reviews stating that a 550w will run a 770 but Nvidia recommend a 600w (but is that based on a cheap 600w as opposed to a 80+ Gold 550w?).

I'm looking at the MSi Twin Frozr Gaming Edition 770 if that helps.

I have that problem too , i have OCZ ZS 550W power supply and going to buy msi tf gtx 770 oc . I think you should go with the 650W one so you'll have no problems

GTX 770 has a maximum usage of 250w (for example when using furmark)
your CPU should have around 150W ( although it highly depends on the OC)
fans, Mobo, Hdd, and so on and so on, let say 75W ( that is a too large number, I know)
it should ad up to 475W at 100% use both CPU and GPU and OC-d. This happens very rarely, but it might.
a 550W Gold PSU would be enough
