Can I run a Mining Rig with Intel Core 2 Duo

I have an old PC , which is using Intel Core 2 Duo and 2 x 1 Gigs of DDR2 Ram, I have r9 380x for mining, since my 600W Zumax 80+ Bronze PSU couldnt run it on my current setup which is AMD FX 6300 and 8GB of ram,so im trying to make a mining rig with the old PC, can it work?

yes...it will work ... mining dont need a very good processor since all the heavy lifting only done by GPU

It will work, but you'll be hurting your efficiency and income with only 2GB of RAM. I know less than 4GB of DDR3 will make you mine slower... and you only have 2GB of DDR2, so you'd mine even slower than that. Unless you get power for free, likely not worth. Just upgrade your other computers PSU.
