I'm helping a friend build his first gaming computer and he has a few components and parts that he wants to use in his build. One of the parts being a Nvidia 9600gt card. The motherboard we ordered for this build supports SLI but my question is if I'd be able to run in SLI a NVIDIA Geforce 9600 GT (512MB) with a Sparkle SX96GT512D3L-NM GeForce 9600 GT 512MB. The main reason we want to run the Sparkle card is for the HDMI capability and obviously to not put the NVIDIA 9600GT card to waste. Please let me know if this is possible or what I'd need to do to make this possible. Thanks!!!

Ok, so I plan on adding the Sparkle 9600GT as the main GPU & running the original NVIDIA 9600GT as the 2nd card in the 2nd pci8bit slot. The whole reason I'm adding the sparkle 9600GT and not another NVIDIA 9600GT is so that I can use the HDMI on the Sparkle as the main video output for the system. Would I have a problem running it this way? I appreciate your prompt response. Thank you very much!
