Can I run A Sapphire R9 270x dual-x on my 450 watt PSU ?

My specs are listed below,
i3 6100 @ 3.7 GHz
2 x 8GB Corsiar Vengeance DDR4 2400mhz
Mai Pro-VD h110-m Motherboard
Corsiar VS450 450 watt PSU
WD 160gb blue + WD 320gb blue hard disk
Circle CC821 Gaming cabinet with 3 fans
Can I run a Sapphire R9 270x dual-x edition on this PSU ?

Hi,

To run a R9 270x dual... Sapphire recoomends a 500W power supply.

CPU: 51W
RAM: 5W
Mobo: 115W
HDDs: 20W
---- 190W (lets say 200W).
then 2x6 pin = 150 + PCI = 225W
So I would say you can run the R9-270x.

Your PSU might not have the longest lifespan depending on capacitor quality etc.

I runned 7870 on Chieftec 400w...
