Can I run AC Black Flag 60FPS with this rig?

Hello everyone thanks for reading my post!

This is my rig:

HP Pavilion Gaming 15 ak030nd

GPU: 950M V2 4GB
CPU: i5-6300HQ Skylake
RAM: 8GB

And I was wondering at what amount of max and min FPS in

(1) Medium Settings

(2) High ( Not ultra high so not the best ) settings

my laptop would run this game.

Answers may be related to FPS in high intensity situations and normal situations within the game.

You should be able to run it at 45-60FPS at least at medium.
