hi,i have an i3 4150 3,5ghz,gtx 750ti 2gb and 6 gb ram do you think i can achieve at least 30 fps on everything low on a resolution of at least 1280x1080?

Seeing as it's a game from 2015: yes, I do think so. The performance should improve if you could get an extra 2GB ram.
