Mobo means MOther BOard. You hadn't given specs in first post, but once again, yours seems fine. If you'd like to know what PSU is required for your system then you can use this online power consummation calculator :

https://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator

Just enter your specs and it will tell you approx how much power your system will need. 850W is certainly more than you need right now, but can be good to have extra if there is a possibility you could add other components later or you may want to overclock... and it's probably not great to get a PSU which has to run at 100% permanently to power your system, a little headroom never seems like a bad idea to me. But I reckon your system as is will be...

In short yes, of course you can run all games, the GTX1080Ti is the best GPU on the market (without spending ridiculous cash) and you have a fast processor behind it which won't bottleneck. Providing your Mobo and PSU are up to spec then you have no problems. However "RUN" is a complex question. It depends on the display(s) you are using, the resolution, the game settings and how well your system is cooled.

For GTA V, start by hitting google and finding the benchmarks for it. Check your settings against the benchmark and see how you hold up. IF your FPS is lower than expected the first thing to do check all your drivers, then you need to collect more info on whats going on inside you card. There are various monitoring softwares out there, nvidiainspector, HWMonitor and then you also have things like EVGA and other GPU tweakers.

Plz help by afternoon god war 4 was giving 70-78fps but now when i open game after shut down the fps downed to 27-38fps plz help me it's also on watch dogs I updated all drivers and all are working perfectly...let me give the my full pc information..

Plz help on this..it's a waste of buying a 2.3lakhs gaming pc which cannot run any modern games..my gpu cpu ram all are working perfectly..it's looking like I have to play gta san Andreas on high 4k graphics which can give me above 150fps....

Opps I missed that one, if that's correct then drivinfast is 100% correct, that is massively under-powered!!! Surprised it works at all, You'll need at least 600 and even that would be a little close for comfort, get 700 - 850 would be ideal
