Can I run arma 3 including mods?

Would it be possible for me to run arma 3 including mods like takistan life with the following components:

GPU: Asus Radeon R7 250 1gb
CPU: AMD Athlon x4 860k
Ram: 8gb

If not could you recommend what I should get in order for it to run at a decent FPS.

Run? Yes. Play on anything higher than the lowest/low settings? I don't think so.

Get at least a GTX 750 Ti.

For best performance, get GTX 950/960 but make sure your power supply supports it.
