Can I run ARMA 3 on Medium - Ultra?

Would I be alright running ARMA 3 on Medium at like 30 frames? or would I need to overclock?
Do I need to give more information?

at medium you will get about 60-65fps

at high you will get about 55-60 fps

at very high around 50-55 fps

I'm guessing 45-50 fps on Ultra?
And is this with overclocking or without it?

this is at stock....and are the best figures.

oc ing will give you just a couple of fps more....+5 fps at the most.
