Can i run Arma 3 on this PC?

Your Graphics Card and RAM seem to be powerful enough looking at minimum requirements for the game. However, it is recommend to have an 'AMD Athlon Phenom X4 or faster'. I've compared some X4 processors to the A8 3870 on www.userbenchmark.com and some appear to be close in performance while others are slightly more powerful than the 3870.

Also note that if you purchase the game via Steam and it doesn't work on your system, you can request a refund. https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=6695-QIKM-7966
(However the game must have less than 2 hours of playtime and you must opt for a refund within 2 weeks of the original purchase date)
