can i run assassins creed unity from 40 to 60 fps
if i buy ausus gtx 750 ?..

You should be able to
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680 or AMD Radeon HD 7970 (2 GB VRAM)

Worst comes to worse you just have to lower the graphics.

UPDATE: Your CPU is lacking behind meaning you may not run it at 60 fps but you may need to lower thegraphics
