You can, but only on lowest settings, and you may not get very good performance (less than 30 fps)

Yes u can. But you wont need fraps to count the frames.

Only if you like the way it will be starting and stopping and you will have low fps like 10 fps because as4 is not very well optimised even an gtx 780 will only give 50fps

Thanks guys i've got around 25 fps on low settings with 720p resolution 😛
