Really? That's weird.

I played Black Flag, ACIII, Sniper Elite 3, Arkham Origins, Arkham City, and many others at the highest graphics settings without dropping below 60 FPS.

I am guessing as ram you meant graphics card ram... make sure your computer has at least 6 gigs or ram preferably 8 and you will be fine.
You can find out how much you have by right clicking my computer and going to properties then looking at installed memory (RAM).

Here are the specs from ubisoft:

Nvidia GTX 680 or AMD Radeon HD 7970, 6GB of RAM, and a Core i5-2500K or Phenom II X4 940 CPU.
