Can I run Assassin's Creed Unity on at least minimum settings?

CPU: Core 2 Duo E8200 2.66 GHz
GPU: R7 250
RAM: 4 GB
Windows 8 64 Bit

I dont think that this can run the game, you could upgrade the ram to 8gb and GPU to a 750Ti and upgrading the CPU to a i5
