Can i run Assassin's Creed Unity?

I do that, but it say "no". Same with Gta V, but i play it at good fps!

If you buy it on Steam, you could always try and see if the game works on your system, if not, you could refund it through Steam Support.

I have both games. Comparatively unity is way more demanding.
