Question Can I run Assus GTX 970 OC Strix on HP Z400 stock PSU of 475 Watts?

I am going to buy Assus GTX 970 OC Strix GPU for my desktop HP Z400 with stock power supply of 80+ Bronze 475 watts, and other configurations of desktop are: Intel xeon x5650 - 2.67 Ghz 6 core cpu and 16 GB of RAM. My question is that will this PSU can support said graphic card? would there be any issues from PSU side? and also this configuration of desktop can work with this GPU. i don't wanna replace stock PSU.

Whats the brand of the PSU? It should have sticker onto it.

That graphics card needs an 8-pin power connector from the PSU, and your PSU seem to only have one 6-pin. Either you need a new PSU or another graphics card.
