can I run Asus R9 270 with 300w psu

I'm looking forward to upgrade my graphics card to Asus R9 270
But my psu have only 300w
And I have.. intel core2quad Q6600
And 2Gb ddr3 of ram
And 300Gb harddrive
So can I run it without problems

How much are you getting the R9 270 for? It might be better to go with the latest generation of cards (the Radeon RX 400/500 series or the Nvidia GTX 10 series) since they moved to a smaller fabrication process and provide better performance per watt. Something like a GTX 1050 Ti would be more likely to work fine with your existing power supply, as it only draws around 70 watts under load.
The power consumption of the r9 270 is 150W and you CPU's TDP is 105 plus the ram, HDD and maybe a couple of fans. It comes very close to 300W or over 300W.

Its a real inconvenience but I recommend getting a 400w Psu. 🙁
