In 1080p, yes, you should have no problem running it on ultra.

At 1080p, definitely 60+ FPS. At 1440p, I'm not sure but probably 40+ FPS.

For reference I have two 780 (overclocked) in SLI and I average 70-80 FPS at 1440p, ultra, 4xMSAA.

Single player around 70fps at 1080p. I'm assuming the multiplayer will also probably be the same (you'll probably still get 50fps+) since it's only more CPU demanding and you have a good CPU already
