Can I run Battlefield 1 and Mass Effect Andromeda

Hi,
My specs are:

Pentium G2020
4GB RAM DDR3 @ 1333Mhz
GTX 750ti

Will I be able to run the following games even at lowest settings?
1. Battlefield 1
2. Mass Effect Andromeda
3. Outlast 2
4. Rise of Tomb Raider
5. Witcher 3

Witcher 3 i know for sure you can't play with less than 5-6 (count in 8 just in case) GB of ram cos my PC arrived with one DOA ram stick so i was on 4 GB of ram for about 1 week. Game will crush often unless you add more.
For other 4 games I can't say anything as i was on 4 GB of ram for only few days cos one stick was DOA and was playing LoL until i got new stick.

And about GPU gtx 750ti is marginal it will maybe play all but at low to mid settings.
With that CPU don't count on 60 FPS actually be happy if you keep FPS above 30.

Are you maybe interested in new PC? if yes what price point?
