Yes, will be fine, medium is what you should be aiming for with the rx 460 and you will get 60fps.

yes, it shouldn't be a problem at all. you might need to run 1080p low-medium mixture. they get almost 70, but are also using a better cpu.. yours is pretty good and I would guess you will come very very close to hitting what they have on these benchmarks.

You might need a little bit more than 8GB of RAM. The minimum requirement for Battlefield 1 says 8GB.

So I just got BF1 and i'm getting a solid 60fps easily on high / custom mix of settings. I have a 270x (480 arrives tomorrow), i5 4460 & 8gb ram. I got 100+fps on medium and I think high stopped around 70, but then I lock it to 58. I noticed games run better locked right under 60

The 460 should perform rouglhly the same as a 270x. I want to say that a 460 will perform better than a 270x. I was also running in DX 11 during my test.
