Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual Cpu E2200 @ 2.2Ghz 2.20GHz
2gb ram.

Can i run

R7 what? there are several models.

CPU is weak. It won't be a deal breaker, but it will hold you back some. 2GB RAM is limiting as well. It's about time for a complete upgrade.

The CPU and RAM are very weak. I'm not sure if it will be playable on Low if 900p or lower.
