Can I run Battlefield 3?

I going to get Bf3 so I want to know will it run on my pc

My specs.
Intel Pentium 4 Duo 3.00 Ghz

4 GB RAM

AMD/ATI 5450 1 GB

I know this is really bad but this what I can only get for now

I want to play it on 800x600 or 640x480 and everything on low or mid,you tell me

I prefer FPS on Graphics

will it run smoothly on these settings
