Difficult to say the game is not out...
I guess you will be fine in High settings to have nice FPS, but not ultra.

I can't overclock my CPU bcz i don't know how to do it

And will i be able to run on ultra on 1366*768 resolution .. ....
And what would happen in bottlenecking ......

If you can run BF3, you can run BF4 almost as well. I'd probably say it will be a little more demanding then BF3, but don't worry, it should be fine.
