can i run bf4 on ultra/high settings with ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti DirectX 11 GTX750TI?

Hey I'm just wondering because i kinda have a kinda shit graphics card, its loud and its not the best for certain games i like to play, and i was wanting to upgrade .
so i seen this graphics card and it is right in my budget , i want to know if i could run bf4 on ultra/high settings and i don't care if its high settings, but i don't want it to run med settings, if it does can you guys help me find a different graphics card nothing over $180.

my specs
.geforce gtx 560(want it replaced)
.Intel core i5-4460 CPU 3.20GHz
.8.00 gb ram
.1920 x 1080 , 60Hz

Small jump from 560 (Passmark Score: 3113) to 750ti (Passmark Score: 3688). Start with 960 (Passmark Score: 5975) or 950 (Passmark Score: 5369). If you can wait till January the 960ti is coming out

yeah i was looking at the 950 but i wasn't sure if it was any good with my specs on my PC

You could even go 970 if you can find one in your budget, that processor is more than fast enough to keep most GPUs happy.
