Can i run black ops 2?

Hello everybody, i have a question about black ops 2..
i have an old GPU.. but i used to play mw3 at medium/high settings on 91 fps. (cap fps)
So my question is, can i run black ops 2 with everything off/low till i get a new gpu (in some months )

pc specs:

Intel core i5 2500
4gb ram
Nvidia Gforce 430 1gb
1360x768

Black ops 1 would run on that smoothly so I would assume black ops II would be ok.

I would think you could run it fine at similar settings to mw3, but I could be wrong since they did some significan graphic upgrades to the engine this time.
