Can i run Black ops 2

I'm not a huge pc nerd, but i like to play games. I only have a laptop so I'm not sure if I can play Black Ops 2 on at least minimum settings.

I have:

Intel Core i5-2410M CPU @ 2.30 GHz

6.00 GB RAM

And I'm not sure about my graphic's/video card but it think its an Intel HD Graphics Family.

DirectX11.

Windows 7 home premium.

And i have plenty of free disk space.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Im guessing, not on highest, but COD usually doesnt require that much. i remember MW2 ran perfectly on high on my 1.6ghz dual core radeon hd 1500/1300x
