Can I run Black Ops 3 zombies?

my friend and I would like to play bo3 together but his pc is not that good and I would not like him to buy a game that crashes.Also bo3 zombies is harder to run than multiplayer isn't it? because we want to play zombies.
Can someone help us?

This setup is probably ok. The CPU is VERY good, no problem there, although the GTX 745 might struggle a little bit, so don't expect maxed out settings on 60 fps. It will certainly run though, and probably it will run pretty well.
