absolutely, those specs are more than enough to run it. I'm not sure what settings you want though in game.

Yes, yes you can. It might even be a bit overkill for single monitor 1080p @60 FPS which is never a bad thing. The only time I see you running into trouble is if you are trying to max it out in 4K, triple monitor 1440p or if you are trying to get huge frame rates on a 1440p 144 Hz monitor.
