so I don't have a GPU i only have AMD Ryzen 5 2400g ( APU ) and 16GB ram, can I run cold war even on very low, all I care about is the game to be stable without lag and stutter

You could. Good performance (minimum 60fps)? i don't think so. The closest you could get for good apu gaming is by using either R7 5700G, R5 5600G, or R3 5350G (if it sold yet) + 2x8gb or 2x16gb ddr4 @3600-4000mhz++ running at 1:1. Your gpu needs better ram speed since it uses ddr4 as vram. Warzone is kinda heavy for apu, but worth the shot.
