Can I run Corsair LPX 3200mhz?

Most Z170 motherboards with Skylake CPUs will run DDR4 3200 with no problems. Z270 motherboards with Kaby Lake CPUs should do DDR4 3600 with no tweaking. Just enable XMP in the BIOS and you are good.

Those are not max speeds for either, but staying at those speeds or lower should guarantee 100% compatibility.

The first thing to do with a new Z270 board is to update to the latest BIOS. This will ensure compatibility with the latest memory.

I'm using DDR4 3200 cas 14 with my Gigabyte Z170X - UD5 / 6700K.
what do either of those board specifications say about the type of memory it can handle ?
nope your going to have to look into that question yourself sorry, google it.

PS 3200 ram is not needed.. get 2400 and be happy.

NB: the answer to your question is :
Gigabyte Z270 Gaming K6 Support for DDR4 3866(O.C.) / 3800(O.C.) / 3733(O.C.) / 3666(O.C.) / 3600(O.C.) / 3466(O.C.) / 3400(O.C.) / 3333(O.C.) / 3300(O.C.) / 3200(O.C.) / 3000(O.C.) / 2800(O.C.) / 2666(O.C.) / 2400 / 2133 MHz memory modules
Gigabyte Z270 Gaming 5, Support for DDR4 4133(O.C.) / 4000(O.C.) / 3866(O.C.) / 3800(O.C.) / 3733(O.C.) / 3666(O.C.) / 3600(O.C.) / 3466(O.C.) / 3400(O.C.) / 3333(O.C.) / 3300(O.C.) / 3200(O.C.) / 3000(O.C.) / 2800(O.C.) / 2666(O.C.) / 2400 / 2133 MHz memory modules

Yes. With Z270 you can even go faster if you want.

Skylake and even more so Kaby Lake scale quite nicely with faster RAM.

SIr,
I read the specifications at first, but in reviews I saw that this motherboard proved stable with upto 2800/2900 MHz Memory, So I become confused. I was thinking to buy 2400MHz at first place, but 2400MHz memory prices are soaring in our country , now 2400MHz is 56.5$, 3200MHz is 63$. So i'm thinking to buy this . Sir, is there any way to confirm ? I'm a bit afraid .

Sir, I've chosen C16 kit. C14 kit isn't available here. Also I saw yours C14 kit is so costly. How much will the performance differ?
