Can i run Counter Strike:Global Offensive with this pc?
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E4600
Graphics: GMA 3100
RAM : 1GB (DDR2)
OS : Windows XP

I doubt it.

Minimum specs are an E6600, which is almost 50% better than your CPU, and 2GB RAM.

You would get so little frames, around 10 or less I would imagine, which is unplayable.
