Can i run current and upcoming modern games with this pc , i am trying to buy it but i just wanted an help from the experts(games like gtav, far cry 4,assasins creed unity, advanced warfare...)
Processor : Intel® Core™ i7-3770K Processor (8M Cache, up to 3.90 GHz)

Graphic Card: NVDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2Gb GDDR5

Ram Memory: 8Gb Hyper Kingston 1600MHz

Hard Disk: SamsungEVO 256GB SSD + 640GB HDD

Professional Audio Card:Sound Blaster audigy 2 zs

PowerSupply: CORSAIR 650W

Case: ThermalTake

Solution
You should still look for better performance than the 750Ti
Options: R9 270X, R9 285, R9 290 R9 290X ( granted the higher end there uses quite a bit of power )
Obviously the recommended GTX 970, but if the price is right then GTX760, even GTX 770 would serve you much better than the 750Ti or possibly GTX780 (with or without Ti )

Basically see what is available for the above and they should work ok for you at 1080p, just don't pay an arm and a leg for minor performance boost.

Look for 880 890 970 980or at least push to the 780 790 the 750ti is not going to do crap with Far Cry 4.

Since the requirements of the games go up all the time it's good to have some buffer, the lower end of what i suggested may be able to do 1080p on ultra or high currently ( GTX760, R9 270X, GTX770 ), however down the road what it can do will be going down as games become more demanding.

Of course the higher end GTX780/GTX970/R9 290(X) are overkill on 1080p, but will provide more future proof situation performance wise.
