Should be able too but not on great settings. My system is 50 times after than your machine and I do get some fps drop in big cities. I would try running it in a low resolution to allow you to use higer grahics as you will need them in dayz. Once you crank everything low on dayz the game looks terriable.

yes you can but know that dayz is a really unoptimized even on beast setups you get frame drops even more in cities somethings you can do to get a little bit more frames is edit the config file
