My computer specs are:-
Intel pentium dual core e2200 @2.20 ghz
Nvidea geforce gt610 2gb
Ram-2gb ddr2
Os- Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit.

The games I have played on my pc are-
Assassins creed- ac,ac2,acb,acr,ac3 and ac4 black flag(ac 4 was at lowest settings with 1024 * 768)
Gta iv
Castlevania:lord of shadows 2
Age of empires 3
All the ac games before ac4 were at medium to high settings.

Can I dishonered too?

One more thing, how do people on youtube with e2180 and hd 5450(similar to my gpu) run games like ac4 at 20 to 30 fps while I have to plat it at around 10 fps?

Solution
Yup you can expect medium settings at dishonored you can use windows classic theme and kill some background processes (only if you know which ones) to run the game at 20 to 25 fps. They would probably have motherboards like Asus, gigabyte with overclocking enabled for processor and the ram to get more performance from their specs. Most of the people don't mention but does this.

Don't know about the motherboard but the bios is pheonix v6.00 awardbios, i know the pheonix have their fsb thing in their advanced chipset features, but i don't have it. I googled it but most of the people said that this mobo doesn't support overclocking :(.

Well this is correct lga 775 motherboards doesn't support overclocking (Dell, Intel, HP, Phoenix). You can only overclock 775 socket processors using Asus, Gigabyte or other motherboards which are not proprietary. Unless you find some to overclock using software methods but those are risky and usually cause hang up, freezed PC and things like that.
