Can I run Dragon Age, The Witcher, XCom on my laptop?

Picked up a new laptop, Dell Inspiron 15 5000, AMD A10-9600P processor, 8GB Ram, Radeon R7 M445 4GB graphics on windows 10.

Do you reckon I'd be able to run a few games, like Dragon Age: Inquisition, The Witcher 3, or XCom 2? Even on low settings as long as they're playable. Thank you!
