Can I run DX12? and what mobo?

I am in need of a red/black ATX motherboard with a budget of no more than $160 AUD. It doesn't necessarily need to be red and black but it has to match with red and black as that is my colour scheme. I am happy to go with white or just black if needed.

I have seen the MSI B85-G43. I was wondering, can this motherboard run Direct X 12? Or is it just DX11. This mobo fits perfect in my budget even though it is B85. My build (so far) is linked below.

DX 12 is all about having a GPU that supports it and having windows 10. So the 380 does support DX 12 as long as you run windows 10. Your build seems fine to me.
