Yes, surely you can run dying light.

I would say that you would be fine on med-high graphics with a bit of tweaking ( no AA and view distance to half or min ).

Yeah you will be able to run Dying Light but maybe upgrading the CPU to a i5 or at least the 4150 model of i3 will be better
