Can I run elder scrolls online?

I really wanna play elder scrolls online and I was wondering if my computer can run it. Id like to play at least low settings with reasonable framerates and little to no lag. My computer has an Intel core I5-4440 3.1ghz, 12gb Ram, and Intel HD 4600 graphics. Your CPU would be good along with your RAM but i couldnt find your GPU but im sure you would fine for it
